So why not utilize all of that exposure? Twitter video ad campaigns are the way to go. But sometimes it’s not always easy to figure out what type of video you want to make. 1. Emotional/Inspirational

Whenever you’re watching TV, you see multiple commercials talking about rags to riches story or animals that have been left out in the cold by their abusive owner. There are thousands of them a day and they are made for a reason. They elicit a reaction. At the end of the day, you want your audience to see your business and support it in any way possible. That might not necessarily mean buying something from you, it could be as simple as sharing your video or following you on your social media. The point of the ad is to get your business visible to people other than your direct audience, so take advantage of their heartstrings and don’t be afraid to pull them.

2. Straight to the Point

Informational videos are important for your business because they give your audience vital details that help navigate your business, whether that be your website, your social media, what you do/make, etc. And these videos don’t have to be long. Get to the point. Don’t feel like you have to fill up empty space that doesn’t have to be there. A good way to do this is by using visuals: charts, graphs, or pictures. People are curious but aren’t always willing to ask a question, so give them everything they might need to scratch that itch.

3. Related to Current Trends or Events

Hashtags were created for people who wanted their posts to be seen by more than just their following, expanding their audience in an organic way. Which is exactly what you want to do. Creating a video that is related to current trends or events is important because people love following trends, but they also want to know what you have to say. Jumping on the trend wagon can not only get you more followers, but it can be fun. Putting your own twist on a trend can make it even more popular and make sure that it doesn’t drown in all the other posts on the topic. Current events are also a topic you could base a video off of. 4. Hit Their Funny Bone

Humor is one of the biggest factors that sells. Just because you are a business owner doesn’t mean you have to be serious all the time. You have a personality, so use it. Just like the emotional commercials, there are many funny ones too. Some even flat-out ridiculous with a song and dance as well. But the ridiculous ones tend to be remembered more than your typical informational video. Then you have people singing that business’ jingle all day long. It might be annoying to them, but that catchy jingle is good marketing, because they remember that business’ name and not yours. Being silly and comical could be the best way to go.

5. Give Your Customer’s the Spotlight

Your customers are why you do what you do. Somebody has to buy from you! So give them space on your account. They love to know that you care about them and see them as more than just dollar signs. Make a video that spotlights them and the way that they support you. Whether that be your top customers/returning customers or your top social media supporter who shares, likes, comments on your posts or share a post of your customer using your product. Appreciation goes a long way and they might return the favor back to you.
